- The quantity chosen should reflect the number of capsules Advanced Rx is dispensing 
 
    ~  60 - indicates 60 capsules will be dispensed to the patient 
             (1-month supply if patient is dosing twice daily) 
    ~  180 indicates 180 capsules will be dispensed to the patient 
             (3-month supply if patient is dosing twice daily)

- If possible, select capsule or gram. 
- If not choose the dosage form that is prepopulated in your e-prescribing system. 
      (All medications from Advanced Rx will be dispensed in capsule form)

- Compound (Insert Medication Name and Dose) capsule to be added to sinus rinse twice      daily 
- Examples 
     ~ Compound Budesonide 0.6 mg capsule to be added to sinus rinse twice daily

     ~ Compound Gentamicin 20 mg capsule to be added to sinus rinse twice daily
